Bun
Notes on Bun as runtime, bundler and package runner, from building this site to shipping a compiled CLI.
2026
Ship a Bun-compiled CLI on npm like esbuildHow spatz puts a compiled Bun binary on npm: a small Node launcher plus one package per platform, so each user downloads only one binary.
write-upWarm the pinned CLI version, not @latestA plugin that downloads its CLI on first use can miss a short hook timeout. Warm the version and runner the plugin will use.
tilHow this site worksA static site built with Bun and React, JavaScript only where needed, and size budgets as tests.
